In his appellate work, he has notably argued in Custom Ins. Co. v. Space Systems/Loral, et al., Foster-Gardner v. National Union, et al and Federal Ins. Co. v. Samsung Electronics America, et al. Mr. Chamberlin retains his professional alignment with the environmental and litigation sections of the Los Angeles Bar Association, as well as the litigation, real estate and commercial law sections of the State Bar of California.

 California Bar Journal Discipline Summary Correction

Correction for Kirk C. Chamberlin Attorney at Law

This information is issued to correct misstatements regarding California State Bar discipline of Kirk C. Chamberlin. Mr. Chamberlin was found not to have committed any lewd or sexual misconduct. Rather the "kiss and touching" referred to in the State Bar's summary constituted a kiss on the cheek during New Years Eve party in the presence of multiple witnesses, including the subject's mother. The other incident of discipline was the result of Mr. Chamberlin's former law firm forgetting to pay his State Bar dues.

Mr. Chamberlin has never been disciplined related to the practice of law, nor has he ever received a single client complaint.

California Insurance defense attorney, Kirk C. Chamberlin has been practicing law for twenty-five years in Los Angeles, California. Over 12 years ago, incidents took place in Kirk's personal life that have been misreported on the State Bar website. Kirk is currently working with counsel to address these misstatements.
