Update and Response to CA State Bar Website
California Insurance defense attorney, Kirk C. Chamberlin has been practicing law for twenty-five years in Los Angeles, California. Over 12 years ago, incidents took place in Kirk's personal life that have been misreported on the State Bar website. Kirk is currently working with counsel to address these misstatements. While Kirk acknowledges that a personal issue arose resulting in an initial pleading of "no contest" to charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and domestic altercation, those matters were later changed to pleas of "not guilty" and fully dismissed and expunged....
