Chamberlin, Atty (Attorney) of Chamberlin Keaster & Brockman LLP, is scheduled to argue before the Ninth Circuit on November 8, 2012 in the case of Chubb Custom Insurance Company, et al, vs. Space Systems/Loral, Inc., et al, U.S. Court of Appeals, Docket No. 11-16272 (Ninth Cir.). This matter is being followed nationwide as it determines an insurer’s right to seek reimbursement of environmental remediation costs under CERCLA, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
